OG Solution (Consulting & Corporate Training) (“we”) takes your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we disclose it to, and what rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. Data we collect

  • Google account data — your email and name when you sign in to view prompts (via Google Sign-In)
  • Contact details you enter yourself — your name, mobile number and how you use AI (the last item is optional)
  • Usage data — the prompts you open, to calculate your free usage allowance and member entitlements
  • Order data — your email, items purchased, payment status and entitlement expiry date. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number
  • Data on your device — we store your sign-in status and membership status in your browser (localStorage) solely so the website works

This website currently has no third-party analytics tools or advertising pixels. YouTube and Facebook videos load only when you press play, and once played they are subject to that platform’s own policy.

2. How we use your data

  • To verify your identity, provide the service and manage usage entitlements — legal basis: performance of a contract
  • To send order confirmation emails and information necessary to use the service — legal basis: performance of a contract
  • To contact you and send news and offers about AI and our services — legal basis: consent
  • To build advertising audiences (such as Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences) on advertising platforms such as Facebook and LINE — the platform converts the data into a code (hash) before matching it to user accounts — legal basis: consent
  • To prevent misuse, such as data scraping by bots — legal basis: legitimate interests

3. Who we disclose your data to

We use the following service providers to operate, giving them access only to the data they need:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and data storage
  • Google — sign-in with a Google account
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — email delivery
  • Meta (Facebook) and LINE — only for advertising as described in section 2, and only if you have given consent

Some service providers may process data outside Thailand in accordance with that provider’s own protection standards.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact data for marketing is kept until you withdraw consent, or for no more than 3 years from your most recent contact with us or use of our services. Order data is kept for the period required by law.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights under the law:

  • To access and obtain a copy of your data
  • To have your data corrected
  • To request deletion, restriction of use, or to object to the processing of your data
  • To request data portability
  • To withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it
  • To lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

We will act on your request within 30 days of receiving it.
