Is it really free? Are there any hidden costs?
Our ad management fee for the first month is genuinely free, with no hidden charges. The only thing you pay for is the ad spend itself, which goes straight to TikTok from your own ad account — the money never passes through us. And if we can't generate sales for you, there's no obligation to continue the following month.
Why does my business have to be new to TikTok ads?
It's a condition of TikTok Thailand's own credit campaign: the programme is reserved for new advertisers only. Not sure whether you've advertised before? Sign up for an ad account through our link first — if the system gives you the coupon, you're eligible.
Why is the minimum budget ฿30,000 a month?
That averages ฿1,000 a day — enough for TikTok's AI to learn who your customers are and move past the testing phase. With less than that, the algorithm doesn't get enough data to find the right people, and the results can't really be measured.
My budget is under ฿30,000. Can I still join?
Yes — you can still sign up for an ad account through our link as normal and remain eligible for the extra first-month credit. The only difference is that our team won't run the ads for you; you run them yourself.
When do I get the ad credit, and how is it calculated?
It's based on what you actually spend this month, returned 1:1 as credit to use the following month. For example, spend ฿7,500 this month and you get ฿7,500 in extra credit next month; spend ฿200,000 and you get another ฿200,000. The maximum is ฿200,000.
How long does the campaign run?
It starts and ends within your first month after signing up. If another campaign is available the month after, we'll let you know. So if you want a lot of credit next month, you need to spend accordingly this month.
If I want to continue after the first month, what does it cost?
฿9,900 a month, covering marketing strategy, content creation and full ad management. This price applies to businesses spending no more than ฿100,000 a month on ads; above that, the fee is 10% of your monthly ad budget.
